My WC21 doesn't stop as well as I think it should. Believe the brake shoes leading & trailing are different sizes. Could I have them backwards? Which shoe, smaller or larger goes on front side of wheel? Service manual has pictures of brake servicing, but there's no reference to shoe size. Also, I'm looking for a steering wheel and a horn button for my truck. Thanks

Hi Dan,
In most braking systems the shoe with the smaller amount (some say shorter) lining is the leading shoe and goes to the front.
However, Dodges use a step down, or duel diameter wheel cyl. so the shoes may be the same size, with the diiference in pressure from the wheel cyl sides compensating.
