CCKW engine, trans and pto for sale wincch too

I have an engine, tenny and pto for a CCKW for sale
All are bolted together, The engine had a frnch rebuild tag, but i know nothing about it, i think it is stuck
There is no carb, starter, gen, manifold, oil filter. fuel pump.
The transmission and pto are there and appear to be in good shape
Asking $650 for all
