Note the cover photo, nice truck, but it depicts a Medical Vehicle equipped with a MG mount. This is not how it was done in WWII . Army Medical vehicles were not issued armament. I have read many issues of this magazine over the years, and the subject matter was exceptional-but........ Time is taking a toll on accuracy.
