I apologize to all if it takes a long time for me to reply. I've been quite busy here in our business regarding M35 and M54 Parts.
I am attending to our incoming shipment, need to reorganize our items to accommodate the incoming parts.

he is locatedf overseas. his prices are extremly reasonable (I think he qouted me kike 50 bucks for the gen or starter)
NOT sure what shipping to the states would be.
maybe a group buy is in order? get them here than figure out how to distribute them?
