I was referring to constant dollar prices over time for the vehicles.
Parts prices, particularly for the good stuff will always remain flat, or go up, as they draw from an ever-shrinking pool. Now, if someone uncovers a huge cavern out west somewhere, filled with railroad carloads of parts....but, that ain't happening in the real world.
Good dealers will always get good prices for good parts.

Re: HAS ANYONE ELSE NOTICED....?
Hey Daveyboy, Could it be that others are finding out that the Chevy is just a fun little truck to drive? Not to big, but not to small. Easier to work on then a 2.5 ton, takes up less room and has parts that are interchangeable with other MV. Motor parts are easy to get. I enjoy working on my truck, it may not be pretty and it sure does need a paint job, but it what I enjoy doing . I try to pass on what little I have learn while working on my truck. We all have been bitten by the Chevy bug . We are all part of the Chevy family now . And by the way, I'm tired of winter. Thanks Andy
