That would depend on the year of your truck.
Most were incorporated as production changes and these kits were either field upgrades or retrofits.
So a 45 would have all of them, a 42 almost none.

TB 700 -103 must have been the one which said to remove all spare tyre locks and bin them so Ranger can't find any 60 years later.
I love the smell of cosmoline in the morning!

You hit the nail on the head on that one Robbo. I am still determined to find one. I have a NOS Jeep Spare Tyre Lock that will help with the search.
