Times have changed, and one may want to think twice before parking in front of the local Federal Building to pick up your mail, or be observed parked at the security fence of a busy Airport or Military base with a mounted .50 BMG. It could be embarassing and cost you some time being questioned as to your intentions. No sense in stirring the pot as the security community has enough to do.
