I have one complaint......those pesky little foreign cars could be a lot of work if they get hung up in the tandems .

True story.
The 314th AAA Bn, Maine Army National Guard enroute to Camp Welfleet on Cape Cod Massachusetts in the 50s was traveling in heavy fog. An MG type sports car attempted to pass a trailer being towed by an M-135 2 1/2 Ton 6X6 ("Deuce" was not coined at the time), and attempted to pull in between the trailer and tow truck, it was spit out like a watermelon seed, no one was hurt.
