Pre War CCC Truck

Off topic, I admit, but the Civilian Conservation Corps was closely associated with the U.S. Army during the Great Depression. They wore the Army's uniforms, lived in camps, and had some Army administration.

Anyhow, here's an interesting photograph of the sort of vehicle they could be found using:

The Army bought the CCC trucks, and one VC Dodge was bought with a CCC registration number...
