Blackout Driving Light-Solved

Can anyone identify a blackout driving light I got with a lot of dodge WC parts? It has a reflector and a bulb - not a sealed beam - and the connector I am told, resembles a "Model A" light connector and is located on the rear center of the housing. I am removing paint carefully but have found no markings yet. The light was made in the Netherlands - post war. Thought it was older than that. Anyone need a Dutch blackout driving light?
