FS: Chevy 1.5 ton parts CHEAP and/or free. other various too

Post by daveyboy »

Got a few parts I no longer need or have doubles of.

1) Oil bath air cleaner.. Take off used, Good shape.. give me 25 and its yours

2) Spare wheels w/ tires. OLD, worn out but wheels are in good shape.
(these are probably best picked up, Dallas, TX area. TOO big to ship economically. name a price.

3) used running boards. I am replacing these with a much better set I scored a while back. These are solid and usable, but the top section has had a piece of steel diamond plate welded on top. I looked under neath when I removed and found the sheet metal had a few rusted areas, not all that bad though. can be fixed with patience...These are FREE to a good home, you pay shipping or pick up. HEAVY!

4) variuos other bits like starter, generator, etc...I might have.. will need to look. Variuos prices, however cheap, if you need them call.

5) engine fan/radiator shroud.. call.

6) original closed cab military windsheild frame. I bougth this and after pulling rubber off and seen some, not LOTS, of typical lower frame rust. Outside is solid, appears solid when in truck. It will not fall apart, it will hold together. complete with center strip.
I think the brackets to hold the frame open are there too, gotta check

25 bucks if you can use it or bits off of it. can look closer and report rust extent if there is interest.

7) set of tightening thumb screws for above arms. 10 bucks for both original pieces.

8. I have TWO (2) identical TM's for this truck. TM-10-1127
Covers 1 1/2 ton (LC) 4x4 truck . Good shape. Some stasining, but very solid, no rips

Ill sell for 50.

9) gas cans ww2 dated as well as gas can holders. Have a few left. Good shape, not sure of insides, can check. there are no holes, but could be full of varnish and crud. one dated 42 the other 45 I beleive. Need to check for sure.

Gas can holders appear to be very heavy duty origianls. again can check for details if interested. Could be post war made by French army as they came off of a European return.

all parts as priced do not include shipping. Contact me to discuss

Andy,
I may have missed it, but how does your aircleaner attatch to your carburetor, by 4 bolt flange and adapter tube, or does it clamp to the throat?

Late G-506 Carburetor with 4 bolt flange used same spec Air Cleaner as 3/4 Ton WC, CCKW, 4 Ton DT 6X6, and M-37. Some share same part number.
