Tinned areas for radio noise suppression.

So, as I understand, a 12v 1945 WC52 would have some bonding straps and such like a jeep did for radio noise suppression. My manuals don't seem to detail that. Anyone know the details? Also, what was the factory color of the frame primer? Top coat color? Body primer and OD color?
