I neutralized any rust in the joint between the upper and lower body. Then it was epoxy primed and the joint was filled with a catalyzed seam sealer. This body joint is a haven for moisture to collect and promote rust. When I finish the tailgates and rear fenders the whole exterior will get a second color coat. Btw, that’s a lot of green... should I put stars & hood numbers on it?

Looks very nice. And I agree, these Carryalls were built to rust.
I finished my WC26 a few months ago. I put stars on the doors and hood as well as registration numbers:

Would you be able to tell me how you were able to post your pictures here. I have finally finished my 41 with ALOT of help from this forum. I would love to show what I did.

And we want to see them....
You need an image hosting website, otherwise this forum would quickly use up all it’s available data.
I use postimage.org It’s free. You sign up with your email address, create an album name, and upload your photos to the album.
On this forum when you create a post, or reply to one, you click on the little pic icon above (it’s between the asterisk and chain links). Then you go to your photo album, select a pic, and copy the direct link for that pic. Go back to the post and paste the link in the tiny space between the Img brackets:[img][img]. Sometimes I enlarge the screen to help.
Preview your post, the submit if you like it.

Personally I like them without stars. Registration numbers are optional for me as well but I'll probably eventually add some to my truck after I've had it "done" for a bit. Hopefully that will be this year yet.
