Roger Hershberger

Does anyone know Roger Hershberger from Iowa? I'm thing of buying a MV from him. He says that he knows John Bizal and has been in some of the MVPA convoys.
I do not know him- but another popular MV website seems to indicate that he is related to the hobby- " Roger Hershberger ph 319-230-7360 or rogerh@jtt.net"
