Window Box Drains

Hi guys,
does anyone know the correct size of the window box drain hoses on the WC 53 please?

I can't remember the diameter. I think mine were rotten and the tubes had to be replaced so not sure the size I used would be original anyway.

One thing to remember is that the original hoses were short, and ended up draining where they could run down the inside of the outer shell. The advice I got was to leave them a bit longer so that all the water drained directly out onto the ground. I was also advised to line the bottom of the box with glaziers putty, forming a small channel leading to the drain point.

Hi Gordon,
Yes we're well clear of the eruption, that's across the other side of the North Island. So far 1 confirmed fatality, but it's always a risk going to an active volcano I guess.

I am going to measure up to drill drain holes in the lower body to thread the drains through. I lined the window boxes with POR 15 so we should be all good.
