VPW

Post by Wolfen »

Not impressed with VPW. I sent them my parts request form this morning, before they opened. Never got a response. I also emailed them, same story. Email was about MU2 winch parts. They have a exploded view, but could not find a explanation of what the various parts were called so I could order them.

Being a little impatient, I just call them with my order.

I recently ordered a left side inner fender and later received a right side. I called them and they sent out the correct piece, and told me to keep the other! I have no complaints.

Steve Arndt from VPW has contacted me and has been very helpful in resolving this. Does anyone have a source for the draft pads for the brake and clutch pedals? VPW sells the retainers but not the pads.

I've never had any issues with VPW.
I have found calling is much easier and quicker to get real answers. Usually I get somebody that knows exactly what I am talking about and have always gotten excellent customer service from them.

Pretty sure Midwest Military carries the draft pads.
