Does anyone know if anyone reproduces these plates or, what is actually printed/stamped on them?

I can make out the easier wording,
FOR PARTS REQUISITION IDENTIFICATION
BODY MODEL No ???74-Z
NOMINAL LENGTH 120 INCHES
NOMINAL WIDTH ?? INCHES
I can't workout what the model number is or the inches in the width line, I'd assume it's 48 but enlarging the images it looks like 50?
Can anyone help please or does anyone have a photo of an original?

- My garage: Restored Old Henry, and have had this WC51 on the road around 3 years now... Currently finishing a brace of Ben Hur trailers, and starting a 67 Galaxie fastback. Concurrent with the WC I restored a 74 TR6... Oh the joys.

He has the plates for the WC51/52 4x4, but I can't see one for the WC62/63 6x6.
