Split rim tire mounting

Does anybody know of a place that can mount aa new tire on my spare? Looking for someone in the Detroit Mi area. Sheesh in AZ I had two places down the road.

Have you tried at places near the interstate? Truck maintenance centers (big rig)
Another possible to check is a place that works on construction equipment or farm tractors

Thanks. Think we found one. Big truck mobile service guy. I did call a dozen or so places from from farm to restoration places. Most said that their insurance company forbids them from doing the service. Another thing that's getting harder to find

Coming back from a show today I drove past a scrap yard.
Got to thinking that scrap yards will probably have the equipment to take the tires off, and maybe put them on, but getting them to put it on is another matter
