I think he is banking on the "West Coast Customs" name....they are on a lot of the reality TV car/motorcycle restore shows.....either that or hoping for someone that knows less than he does about the truck

Looks like he spent the $133,000 just on Rhino-lining alone. Check out the hood and who knows what else- rhino-lined, then topcoated with OD...
