Gentlemen
Going to sell our wc63.
My 89 year old dad after my mom passed away last month has no more interest in it.
But before I place and ad in the trade magazines I have a question on an asking price.
It is a amateur ground up restoration which runs good, built from the best parts a wc62 and wc63 still needs body work especially on the back of the bed, full canvas, miscellaneous extra parts etc.
I would rate it at 7 out of 10.
Any idea on a starting price.

Why don't you post it here before you post it in a trade magazine? After all the work you and your father have put into it, it would be painful to see it cut up and made into a hunting rig.

Sorry for the loss of your Mom. What was done was pretty well done as far as I can see. Who made your canvas? I'd insure that in the $15-25K range, and I would finish the rear body work before selling it. Is the motor a T-223? Was it overhauled? After that, I'd be looking to get $17-20K.

Thanks for the pics, very nice! I have no idea on price. I would see if you can find any similar sales on the net (ebay, etc.). Good luck with the sale! Oh, make sure you post your location.
