1949 Dodge B1D pilot house

I picked up a few weeks ago a b1d 5 window pilot house. Its in excellent shape. No rust, excellent interior, and free engine that turns over. I partially buffed out the paint and it looks brand new. Have the fuel pump pumping fuel to the carb which I cleaned out. Next step is a new battery and plugs and will have driving. Asking 5000 obo located in Paso Robles California
