Any one need a hand winch for a bomb service truck ? ?

Located in eastern Idaho. I have available a hand winch for a bomb service truck. The crank handle is incorrect, but the rest looks proper.

Which bomb service truck? Ford? Chevy? There are at least two different winches on the Fords. Any pictures available?
