Brian pointed out there isn't much information about how to include images here ....
There was some picture space years back that Bert set up, but it filled up long ago and I have no idea how to alter or extend that.
I always just put the image I want somewhere on my own web space or public picture site, then link to it with the Img command on the toolbar.
Copy and paste the URL of your image into the message, then just select it and hit the 'Img' button. I think there is a size restriction so it is probably best to have images of under 100k and about 800 x 600 maximum size.
