Pretty sure the cab is GM or Chevy.
Bed looks to be 50's Dodge maybe, but is modified. Fenders probably the same or just scratch built. The lip doesn't look right for Dodge.
I feel sorry for the front springs. Notice how far back they bend and shackle is almost flat up front from the weight of that winch.
As far as original, its not. I have to admit it looks decent enough in photos as a fun toy. If they really invested that much into a "professional" restoration, they were taken badly.
