Ground down the rivets and separated the handle. All packed up. Should be able to get to USPS early next week. Package is much smaller. If you find another one and don't need the one I have let me know.

No problem. I tried to leave the ground down rivets as long as possible so that it would be easy to re-align and spot weld if that's the way you go.

I ended up banging in new rivets. I'll put a coat of paint on next.
