WHAT'S THIS?
Ran across this labeled as a WC53 and realized, "No, its a GMC." Anyone know what this is? I'd never seen one before.

That truck has made it to the old tower park shows a few times. It was modified by the arc as a donut and coffee wagon. It has roll up side windows on it. There is a picture floating around with an arc worker hanging out the window passing a donut out during WWII

There's something up with the wheels too, maybe even the axles.
The owner might have swapped from 7.50 x 20 rims and tyres to 9:00 x 20 or thereabouts. Does the front axle end look standard?

Re: WHAT'S THIS?
I think the front axle may be original as I believe I can just make out some of the heavy ribbing on the diff cover.
The freewheel hubs are certainly not original.
