The engine is a 230 cubic inch straight six "L" head made for the Dodge 1/2 ton series WC-21 through WC-41 in 1941-1942.
There's specs for them in T/M 10-1443 "Maintenance Manual 1/2 Ton 4x4 Chassis Dodge Trucks". Pictures and part numbers are show for every part in the engine in SNL G-657 "Master Parts List Covering Dodge Trucks". Both are available from either Vintage Power Wagons or Midwest Military.
