WC12 Dually?
Were any WC12s outfitted at the factory with Dually rear wheels or were they Motorpool added?

Re: WC12 Dually?
I have seen no evidence the W12 model was ever outfitted with duals. Only the repair trucks and maybe some C&C models were, that I know of.
Really wouldn't make sense that any of the "pickup" models would have had them.

Re: WC12 Dually?
My guidance for factory duals on a half ton is "does it have overload / helper springs on the rear?"
You could fit duals to any of them, but I think only the ones that left the line as cab and chassis to go to specialist body builders for maintenance truck bodies and the like would have had duals, and even those probably came off the line as single rears and had two additional rears fitted when the body was placed.

Check out the WC 41-215 , I found a "factory " looking picture
on line , it apears to have come off the assembly line as a
cab / chassis with duals

kris pic is a factory manual pic. they left the factory that way or they would not be in the manual. No big mystery. dually trucks already existed before the wC 4x4s came along. It would be easiest to send them out that way. I have seen tons of them for sale over the years that either still had duallies or still had the dually wheel studs still on them.
