WTB- some small parts

Post by PareosWC »

Gentleman, in your motorpool of spare Dodges, can anyone let loose a few of these parts for my WC52?

- original pivot brackets for the tailgate

- cast elbow for the ETW1 carb

- large mouth fuel cap

- shallow neck radiator cap

- (1) windshield 'hook' Toggle (mounts to cowl)

- (2) fender marker lights

Let me check tomorrow. I have a parts truck, or what you would call the remains of a parts truck that might have every thing you are looking for. Scrape thieves stole the body off it, but I am thinking the dash was still there.

I went today and looked at the truck, and the parts you need are not on this truck. Sadly while checking on this truck, I noticed the hood up on another truck, and two trucks with the doors open. Not scrape thieves this time but vandals. They busted out the windshields on 4 of my trucks. We are going to be selling this place as we no longer use it, and can not keep an eye on it.

My garage: Restored Old Henry, and have had this WC51 on the road around 3 years now... Currently finishing a brace of Ben Hur trailers, and starting a 67 Galaxie fastback. Concurrent with the WC I restored a 74 TR6... Oh the joys.

I'd recommend it, Frank- Or landmines... Or "Hillary" signs. That'll keep them out...

Sorry to hear they keep desecrating your vehicles.

Frank:

That stinks. I don't get the creatures (not people) who do stuff like that.

How about a 6v Autolite GEG 5101 or 5002 generator?
