USAAF Navigators stopwatch, good working condition- 5 minute stop watch, 10 second sweep, smaller accumulation dial up to 5 minutes. Type A-8 Spec. No 94-27749, Ser. No. AF- 44-1270, MFR'S Part No. 1778, Cont. No. W11-107AC-58C ELGIN. Scratches at opening slot on edge of case. (STAR) Base Metal printed under hinge; Inside movement beautiful- "15 Jewels", "39862971 Elgin Nat'l Watch Co. USA. Inside of inner lid marked "Cased And Timed By Elgin National Watch Co" in a ring, open bottom, Within ringed printing "Star Watch Case Company" with a hollow star under the word watch, flanked be Star and Case, 5183482.
