Military Vehicle Book Recommendation?

Post by Brent »

My Father-in-Law has developed a keen interest in WWII vehicles. This hobby is really becoming a family thing! Are there any good reference books on Allied, or combination Allied and Axis, Vehicles that anyone could recommend? Thanks in advance!!

Hi Brent,

Try The Standard Catalog of U.S. Military Vehicles 2nd edition by David Doyle. It covers ww2 and M series vehicles. How is the WC-52 running?

Hey Scott

How ya been? WC is always a work in progress. Running well at the moment. How about you? Get the shaking fixed?

Thanks for the book recommendation!

Hi Brent,

A new shock and tightened up the drag link. Helped out alot. Still has a little shimmy from time to time, not very bad. I have only been able to drive it a couple of times since November, I think the tires got some serious flat spots for sitting for so long.
