They are Similar but do not share 100% of their parts. Clutch Head screws can be found on both GMC and Chevrolet Cabs, but they are for the most part used on Chevrolet. The Seat Bach Cushion is mounted differently, so be careful when buying seat back cushions.
My Cab restoration project is doing just great, and has a NOS set of GI Issue Seat Cushions.
