I like Wallace Wade and have purchased tires from him in the past. If I were in Southern California, I would also contact Lucas Automotive in Long Beach. I think they carry Coker tires who makes a NDT pattern tire in 7:50x16.

There sure seem to be a number of manufacturers- so far I have Michelin, Coker, and Denman...

So 7.50's are the size?

Actually, I want Firestones. I tried several local tire retailers, including the only one I know of that will deal with split-rims, and no one was able to get me any. They all blamed Coker for cornering the market on military ND's made by Firestone by buying all the tires in every run. I got a call-back from Michelin Truck Tires, but it was Friday afternoon, so I guess I'll call Monday and see what's up.

I got my tires from Coker for my WC-7 last year, and just picked up two more for my Bantam T3 trailer (which are being mounted as I type).
I understand Coker bought the firestones molds and now make the tires themselves. Interestingly, the paper ID lable on the tires has the firestone Logo.

I should have included in my last post that the tires themselves have the Firestone brand name, and also have the word "Military" in the sidewall as part of the molding process. They are, I believe, absolutly correct.

Here is link to their Firestone Military Tire page.

Thanks for the link- unfortunately it got me directly to trim rings and hub caps. But no sweat, I actually have already visited their site.
