G7107 Chev open cab ? ? ?

In the last MV mag, Kevin Kronland advertises for sale a 1.5 Chev cargo with an open cab. Is this something that they transplanted a CCKW open cab onto ? ?? The book says that the only open cab was the bomb truck. Tom @ Snake River

As far as I know they were all closed cab.
maybe a conversion?

this is a post war conversion, only chevrolet bomb trucks had open cab's in the war,
