Air cleaner

I have a NOS (still wrapped in the paper) air clearer for sell. The stock number says it is for the M37. I was told this is the same as the air cleaners that go on a late WC dodge. Is this true?
All my WCs are early models.
If any one wants it, she is $65.00 plus shiping.
