Smokey Grey Engine Paint

I have a can of original Lustreless Blue Drab paint. It was never opened when received. I have spent no less than 4 months and after 4 attempts to replicate, I have been successful. It will be available in 12 oz. spray cans within 30 to 45 days.

It is dead on to the original WWII paint I have and is much darker and grayer than what is currently available.

I have also been able to match the Dodge smokey grey paint used on the engines. This paint is 2k paint and will be very expensive. I would like to get an idea of interest before I undertake production. I would limit production to 5 gallons total, and only sell it in quarts. This paint requires a reducer and catalyst. It is mixed at an 8:6:1 ratio. One quart of paint, one quart of reducer, and one half pint of catalyst is enough to do a little more than 2 complete engines, maybe 3 total. For all 3 components it could run as high as $130. This is only an estimate but close. I have decided to do this now rather than later because this particular line of paint is slowly being discontinued in the US and I expect that within 2 years this option will be gone. This smokey gray paint is well suited for engines and is the absolute best quality available anywhere in the US. I have only received two PM's, so I can assume there is no interest for now. Paul
