Many of Mr. Jacques trucks are pictured in "GMC CCKW-352-353" by Emile Becker and Guy Dentzer. There are some magnificent examples to be found in Europe. The photos remind me of the 40s-50s whem they were abundent in surplus yards and nearby military establishments.
