What is interesting are the Garands at that period in time.

Another item of interest is the numbers on the vehicle hood that is visible appear to be white rather than blue drab. Anyone know when this change occured?

VC's came with white numbers. Im sure there are some that were eventually painted blue, but of all the pictures I have they are white.
