Wanted Repro King Bee stubby mirror arm/ bracket/ acorn nuts

I recently bought a Repro King Bee mirror arm/ bracket and acorn nuts complete, for my Dodge Carryall WC53,( passenger side required)from a UK dealer, it was a good reproduction. I have since tried to get another one With no such luck.
Does anyone know where I can get one from inside Europe please?

Here are the photos.
Both mirror arms are NOS ones. The short one has not the acorn nuts as the long one. Both are real KingBee and not the Patent pend. version without the KingBee marking.
