Why with photographic proof of hundreds of CCKWs in Europe, dated July 1945, being prepped for shipment back to the USA would the US Army be still sending new production CCKWs to Europe after VE Day?
The Army was selling new surplus CCKWs at the end of WWII while still using CCKWs from all production batches in stateside units up thru the 60s.
