Hello,
There are 2 versions of that DUKW manual. One with the red cover dated 15 Oct. 1944 and a blue cover dated15 May 1945.

Steve how are they different. I am helping restore a Marine Corp return DUKW in CA and thanks to ROBBO we got a manual for paper. It belongs to our museum and we have most of the parts to it. Sadly its not in swimming shape currently the bottom has rust out and the tire inflators are there but not working.
All right they're on our left they're on our right they're in front of us they're behind us they can't get away this time

Hello,
The later manual goes over some of the modifications and changes done on the DUKW in 1945. A lot of the information is the same as the 44 edition.

Thanks Steve. Ours has some of the mods to it like the cuts in the sides channel for water movement. If someone has plans for splash guards for the tires we are intrested in them so we can make up a set for ours. Also we don't have an anchor or bilge pump. These are 2 parts we are looking for
