G506 - brake part ID

Post by betoamboni »

I found this part attached to the chassis. It is connected to the front hidrovac through a hose. I have not found in TM10-1127. Can anyone identify and what their function?

It is aHydrovac breather, it requires periodic cleansing in solvent and a light coating of oil on the mesh after the solvent dries.

Thanks Ranger.

I'm happy with the explanations of the forum here because I want to do a good job of restoration
on my G7107. Unfortunately here in Brazil are few units remaining preserved and not all were restored wisely. I'm getting the other TM's to help me in this task.
