Looks reasonable, although sides are a bit battered - pity he didn't show some pictures of the floor repairs and undersides as that is where they all rust out in the hat channels - guess you could ask for some.
NJ must have some relaxed vehicle laws if you can use a trailer with no rear lights on it.

Yeah, a little beat, but ALL THERE as far as the steel goes. Mine was missing the tongue casting, the lunette ring, and the landing gear, so whoever get it will be ahead of where I was.
