Blackout drive light Assembly CCKW or G506 *FOUND*

*FOUND* a Blackout light for my G7105 Chevy 1 1/2 ton, looking for a fender mount or a grill mount unit. Does anyone have a fender mount unit or can show me a picture of this unit? Will use either, thank you.
