International Bed i.d.

Hello, I found this International bed in the mountains last week. Says "International" on the tailgate, no fenders, has spare tire mount on passenger side, has marble reflectors on tailgate, too.
Looks military, but not sure. Has "International" on tailgate.
Anyone have idea as to military or not and of interest to anyone?
I'll probably pick it up in the next few weeks.
