Never mind the headlights....

I saw a couple of small images and it looked to have the original bed on it. Know anyone who needs an original intact bed?

Buy this one, keep the bed and lights, sell it on ...

Those "small images" are clickable and become "big images".

The Craig's list description says it's not an original bed, but maybe?

Of course I've seen it.

If it wasn't for the fact it is half way round the planet and I don't have the time or the cash I would have it already.

That's probably the most original VC3 I've seen unrestored - don't you think?

I have contacted the seller through craigs list.
I hope he calls me.
Did you notice the front inner axels in the bed, and the lack of a 4x4 shifter in the cab?

I did notice the axles, but not the shift lever.

The outer axles look short so they probably are VC as opposed to WC. I've never seen an original truck that looks better than that, just can't see if the front axle on the truck is VC or altered WC, but doesn't have the protruding axle shaft ends at least.

Keep me informed pleased,

Hi Talked to the owner tonight
I am going Sunday morning to look at it.
The owner does not seem to know too much about it,
Says transfer and all drive shafts are under it, bit there is no shift lever in the cab :?

No idea of engine number or anything else he turned down $3000. from another guy (he says)

I will see what all is there.

Hi Bill
I called the guy, but he had already taken a deposit from Troy Allen from West Point NY.
If the deal falls through, the owner will call me,
Ernie
