I've got the smaller diameter (smaller then 3/4 ton anyway) oil filter fitted to my '41 1/2 ton - has the T handle on top. I'm told you can no longer get oil filter to fit? I was looky enough to get two NOS Mopar ones last year fitted the second one this week after throwing the other assuming I could get some more - never assume it makes an ass of you and me.
Does anyone know of any new insert that will make a good substitue, before I fit the 3/4 ton housing at the nest oil and filter change.
Thanks

Mark;
I pulled out a 1989 crossover parts guide, here are some numbers for you, be advised most have been superceeded but a good parts guy can cross it with a new good number. Good luck in your search.
AC......C-302
Fram... C-131
Gould.....P-116
Hastings.....302
Motorcraft.....FL70
Purolater........PN-16
WIX..........51081
I hope one of these numbers pays out.
