1/2 Ton front bumper

Any 1/2 ton owners who might be able to send me some photos/explain how the front bumper attaches to the frame? I know there should be an upper and lower gusset plate, along with the tow hooks, but something is not right with my setup, looks like there should be some spacers or something. My bumper is much larger than the frame ends. Thanks.

there are a spacer on each side on the top. the hooks only go into the bottom hole of the gusset

Thanks for sending me your photos, Jeff - Now I understand how the gussett plates are suppose to fit.
