Driving around the area for Memorial day and had a bit of a spudder and engine pulsed a bit. Smoothed out ok, but I noticed quite a bit of air bubbles pumping in my clear add-on fuel filter when engine was idling. Does this indicate a leak in fuel line or a symptom of a fuel pump problem?

had you been slow running, was the day hot? If the engine then settled down afterward and one of the above it may have been a bit of vapourisation. I would clean filters and blow the lines through to check if there is any dirt and then watch when restarted to see if fuel flows frreely.
If everything runs ok it may have been an electrical blip.
