Are these a replacement item sold trough DORMAN? Perhaps an item that my local hardware store would carry? I seem to be missing one..

I need one cap for my WC 51 and found then at an auto supply store. The box I got for less than $5.00 is marked:
EXPANSION PLUGS 0687CC 11/16 CC STEEL 25 PCS. U.S. TOOL & MFG. CO.
